Side Crow for Joy to the Yogis :)

Clearly my right side is stronger. I have to work on that.

I’m joyful/thankful/grateful/happy about my yoga practice. I went to a yoga class at the gym tonight, so that makes three days in a row of yoga — that’s the longest stretch of daily yogas since I moved! It feels really good to get back into it, and I’m thankful for how much stronger of a person yoga has helped me become, both physically and mentally.
